Bachelor Gourmet: Weiners and Rice
ingredients:
white rice
1 package hotdog weiners
ketchup
brown sugar
method:
cook rice as instructed
cut weiners in bite sized pieces and sautee in pan,
add ketchup,
a bit of brown sugar
and cook until thick sweet sauce is formed.
serve over rice

My grandmother used to also make curry hotdogs over rice. For the Bachelor with a taste for the exotic!
